The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

Refunds and Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a fault on our part or on the part or our suppliers, we will provide a refund once the unsatisfactory items have been safely returned to us.
You must register your dissatisfaction with us by email within 5 working days of receiving your purchase. Emails must give a full and detailed description of the reason for your dissatisfaction, including photographic examples where necessary.
As with any instance of purchasing art from the Internet, you accept that you are aware of the subjective nature of aesthetic merit and your risk involved with making such a purchase without viewing items in person. The information and high quality images on this Website give a fair and accurate representation of the items for sale, including colour, texture, size and detail. Any dissatisfaction due to the aesthetic properties of your item shall not be deemed a fault on our part, and as such does not qualify your order for a refund.
Refunds will only be made to the same payment account used to pay for your order, and will be made at the earliest available opportunity after we can acknowledge safe receipt of the returned items.

Ethical Sourcing Policy
As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, Headrow Gallery recognises its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically.
We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights. All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to :
• Minimum age of employment • Freely chosen employment • Health and safety • Freedom of association • The right to collective bargaining • No discrimination • No harsh or inhumane treatment • Working hours • Rates of pay • Terms of employment
Headrow Gallery will never knowingly source stock from suppliers which are in breach of the above principles. We also look to our suppliers to instil these principles when dealing with their own supplier base.
Because of the nature of our supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, Headrow Gallery recognises the importance of being proactive and doing everything within its power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of its goods.
